Steno.Gr.III who has completed 10 years after 01.09.2008 are being granted Grade Pay Rs.2800/- under MACP Scheme as a first financial upgradation. Whereas the Steno.Gr.III who has granted first financial upgradation in old ACP scheme are now in Grade Pay Rs.4200/-. Is this an anomaly when both are doing same work?
